I found a close example (different color and it has ruffles at the bottom) of the dress that Siobhan wore on Idol. :) It's pretty close though.

These are the best pictures I have of her wearing the dress, although there are not bottom ruffles. I'll try and find a better picture if there is one out there. If someone can help find a picture of her dress in the same color as she wore, we'd appreciate it as I've been looking for hours and have had no success.
